Founded in 1996, TLF specialises in customer insight, using qualitative and quantitative research, training, consultancy and communications to help clients understand and improve their customers’ experience.
Since 2008 TLF have been the research partner for the Institute of Customer Service’s UKCSI, a brilliant resource providing a biannual measure of how customers feel about the leading companies in 13 sectors of the UK economy.
TLF has its own in-house field unit comprised of 40 CATI stations, conducting over 146,000 interviews each year, along with its own in-house technology team for developing surveying and reporting tools.
